- Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a refund only under the following conditions:
• The project has not been started or worked on.
• A request is made within 48 hours of payment for non-custom or template-based services.
• The service delivered is completely different from what was promised in writing or scope of work.
- Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
• If work has already begun or been delivered.
• For customized website development or design work.
• If the delay is caused due to lack of communication, content, or approvals from the client’s side.
• For change of mind or cancellation after the project has started.
- Partial Refunds
In some cases, we may offer partial refunds based on the work completed and resources invested, at our sole discretion.
